PT Junyi Jaya Indonesia membuka lowongan untuk posisi sebagai Admin Warehouse, penempatan Tangerang
Qualifications:1. Minimum education of high school/vocational school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role; fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table).
4. Highly detail-oriented with excellent analytical abilities.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
6. A collaborative team player with good interpersonal skills.
Job Description:
1. Record and input incoming and outgoing goods into the system accurately and promptly.
2. Manage various warehouse administrative documents, such as delivery notes, delivery orders (DO), purchase orders (PO), and stock transfer forms.
3. Monitor and check daily stock levels, ensuring accuracy between physical stock and system data.
4. Prepare inventory reports on a regular basis (daily, weekly, monthly) for operational and management needs.
5. Assist in the stock opname process and perform data corrections in case of discrepancies.
6. Coordinate with the operations, purchasing, logistics, and related teams to ensure smooth shipping and receiving processes.
7. Maintain neat and organized document archives for easy access and tracking.
8. Ensure all warehouse activities comply with warehouse SOPs and company standards.
9. Provide other administrative support as needed to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
