PT Baosteel Indonesia Service Center membuka lowongan untuk posisi sebagai Operator Produksi
Requirements :- Candidates must be a graduate of SMK in mechanical engineering or related field.
- Have at least 2 years experience as a production operator in steel manufacturing industry
- Having experience in the same field is a plus
- Able to work in a team
- Physically and mentally healthy
- Able to operate cranes (preferred) & Forklifts
- Willing to be placed in other places/lines if needed
- Willing to work shifts
- Able to operate measuring instruments (caliper, micrometer)
- Willing to be placed in GIIC Area, Cikarang
- Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with established operational procedures and standards.
- Monitor and supervise the production process, including product quality, production speed, and relevant production parameters.
- Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance of production machinery and equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and replacement of worn parts.
- Make minor repairs or adjustments to machinery or equipment according to technical instructions and report more serious problems to the maintenance team.
- Follow work safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) provided when working with machinery or hazardous materials.
- Monitor inventory of raw materials and production components, and provide reports on shortages to the supply team.
